Return Policy:
You may return most items purchased at Shimmer by Cindy within 30
days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result
of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs . No returned
merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and an original receipt. We will credit you in
the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
The following items may
not be returned:
Custom Orders, used items, items without the original tags on them.

Repairs
Shimmer
by Cindy offers a 90-day warranty against defects in materials or workmanship as we stand behind every piece of jewelry *we
create. If during this period a piece should break, please collect all the pieces and the item will be repaired at
no charge. We will pay for return shipping. If an item needs to be
repaired after the 90 day warranty we will offer repairs based on our designer's availability and charge a fee based on
the piece. Please do not return broken items without an RMA number. Misuse or neglect
is not covered by this warranty.
* Items created by Shimmer by Cindy are
all pieces in our Wedding Collection, Awareness Collection, Holiday Collection, and Custom Collection. This warranty
does not include our Fashion Jewelry Collection.
Delivery
Items are ready in 10 to 14 days but often are completed sooner.
Custom orders, wholesale orders and large quantity orders may take longer. Shipping is a standard $6.25 for priority
mail. First class mail is $3.50. Please specify your preference. We ship through USPS with insurance
and delivery confirmation. If item arrives damaged we will file a claim through the USPS.
